**Meet Frankie**! Our brave and beautiful border collie with a heart of gold and a... unique haircut. Poor Frankie came to us with a coat full of mats, so our team (more skilled with cuddles than clippers) gave him a much-needed trim for his comfort. While the current 'do might not win any grooming competitions, Frankie wears it with pride - and once his coat grows back, he'll be as stunning on the outside as he already is on the inside. This sweet soul is full of love, smarts, and the kind of loyalty only a border collie can give.
